Local Tributes for 20th Anniversary of 9/11

Many tributes were held across Brevard county for the 20th Anniversary of 9/11. Speeches were made, color guards marched, and prayers were held.

At the Veterans Memorial Center in Merritt Island in addition to the ceremonies, a unique rolling tribute to our fallen heroes was on display by Rick Beech with his custom painted 57 Chevy. Not only was it just for viewing but available for veterans to sign on the body of the vehicle. For more on the interesting story of this project Read the Article.
